Build Muscle Fast: Do You Make These Muscle Building Mistakes?

For years now, I’ve seen guys come into the gym, with the goal to build muscle mass, but no matter how hard they try, they just can’t seem to get the gains they were hoping for.
So what is the reason for these guys failing to reach their muscle building goals?
The reason for failure is not that they aren’t trying hard enough, but instead choosing to listen to the wrong people.
People are searching for ways to build muscle mass, but are being given bad advice. This is exactly what happens when “Non Bodybuilders” start talking about how to build muscle mass.
Wake-up call folks! These gurus are only interested in promoting their products. Most them barely do any weight lifting at all. You probably know more about the topic than they do! Sounds like a true case of the blind leading the blind doesn’t it?
So what do you do? Well… a great place to start is right here in this article… so read on!
Building muscle is nothing more than a formula, but it takes time and patience to finally achieve your weightlifting goals. The second you hear someone tell you “build muscle fast”, you will know they are a not telling the whole story! Or if you hear someone tell you that you can gain 15 pounds of muscle in 3 weeks… You hopefully can see how impossible those kinds of results really are… There is no doubt in my mind that you could be building muscle faster than what you are right now, but it would be foolish of me to tell you that I can build muscle fast! Anyone who has a clue on how to build muscle would never make such a claim!
Putting on muscle mass has three parts to it:
1. High intensity muscle building through consistent and dedicated weight training over several months and even years
2. Diet – Focus on eating healthy over an extended period of time. You cannot eat fast food all day, and then have a side salad and convince yourself that you are doing good.
3. Rest. You do not build muscle in the gym. I’m willing to bet you did not know that. Your body actually builds muscle when you allow it to rest after an intense workout. So, workout every other day.
Success with building muscle comes down to your routines and your strategy for eating. Approach your routines with variety. Be certain that when you are weight training, that you work the muscle from every angle by alternating various exercises for each muscle.
Train each muscle with four exercises each. You should train each muscle only once every 7 days. That will actually help you build muscle faster, because the muscle will have time to rebuild. Remember, the building process takes place when you are recuperating.
If you keep these tips in mind next time you are in the gym, then you will find that you can build more muscle faster than ever before. The goal is to work smarter – not harder. Do things the right way and you’ll get results quicker!
