Why You Should Not Use Weight Gain Pills to Build Muscle

We know that you know about the massive amount of money that is being made in the nutritional supplement industry.

The problem with weight gain pills is the same as most diet pills.  Most of them don’t work or have ridiculous side effects that are not even close to being outweighed by their benefits.

The fact is for every useful piece of information, beneficial supplement, good nutritional guide or great training accessory online there are probably 100 useless, harmful or bull crap ones.

One of the most important assets you have to help you reach you goals is your mind.  Don’t allow fancy marketing, flashy advertising and unrealistic claims to play on your emotions and cause you to make foolish decisions.

Use your intelligence to make calculated decisions based on facts.  This will save you from making decisions that could be harmful to your health, have a greater chance of injury or just plain waste your time and sweat on things that don’t work.

So here are three good reasons, really quick, on why you should not use weight gain pills.

1)  They are dangerous

2)  They are unnecessary

3)  They are usually very expensive.

Let’s briefly expound on each of these problems.  First, as we have discussed above the majority of muscle building pills are dangerous to  your health at least in some way.

This is especially true when used over long periods of time.  Many companies use ingredients in there supplements that are known to cause all kinds of health problems as serious as long term irreversible organ damage.

Our bodies were just not designed to ingest many of the things used today to force your body to grow unnaturally.

The fact is, nothing beats proper nutrition and the right muscle building exercise program.

Unless you have a very serious health condition that prevents you from being able to build muscle like a pituitary gland disorder (the pituitary gland produces your bodies growth hormone) then you should have no problems.

Eating like a horse with the right balance of protein, carbs and fat and maintaining a training program that allows plenty of time for your muscles to recover will put tons of muscle on fast and naturally.  For example it is very reasonable, especially for beginners, to be able to put on about 25lbs of muscle in just 16 weeks.

We have tested other “no bull” systems that make these kinds of claims that use only diet and training to produce their results and they work.  Best of all they are not at all what we call “life consuming programs”.

Lastly, we don’t know if you’ve been to a supplements store lately but wow!  They are ripping people off left and right.  Don’t waste your money on pills that are going to rob you of your health or get your expectations up only to let you down and on top of that waste your money.

Spend 3 days a week in the gym for a maximum of 35 minutes, try to use whole body exercises, keep your weights at a level where you can do the lifts 4-6 times and eat like a horse and you will stack on the meat in no time……we promise.
