Don’t many people changer’ id=’spin_25′ onclick=’ShowSpinOptions(25)’>struggle with obstinate stomach fat and wish to get rid of it. There are all kinds of tips and tricks on the internet on how to get nice abs, sometimes with conflicting info. However, there are some strategies that seem to show consistent results which are discussed in this article.
You may have done stomach exercises for for a while but not perhaps have seen any results, like Julie from How to get flat stomach blog. How come you ask? Probably because your stomach fat is covering up your abs or you have been doing the false exercises according to fitness expert Mike Geary. Mike Geary is the Maker of the very successful book, The Truth about Six Pack Abs.
Mike says , the combination of right exercise and diet regimen will get you a flat stomach . Nothing new and yet something that we don’t think about often enough . I presuppose otherwise most of us would have a flat stomach. But here’s something you probably didn’t know; concentrated abs exercises will not necessarily burn your tummy fat. Knowing this may change your whole exercise routine as you know it. In order to accomplish a flat stomach you need to do a full body drill . Your routine should include abs exercises but should not focus on it.
To simplify how to get a flat stomach it is safe to say you have to focus on two things . First you have to clean up your diet. You should focus healthy unprocessed foods and carbs. As I like to call them; rewarding carbs such as vegetables, protein and limit the sugar. To keep it quite uncomplicated you go as natural as possible. The over processed foods that we find in today’s supermarkets are for the most part unhealthful. Make healthy choices! For example eat sugar from natural source that you can find in fruits instead of eating refined sugar from candy bars. Remember that when eating fruits you’ll also get other nutritional benefits that candies offer (unfortunately). People make the error of just focusing on either low, high carb or high-protein diets instead you should have balanced meals with natural ingredients such as fruit and vegetables. This way you also support your local farms which is a nice side effect. In other words a win-win situation all around.
Secondly, you need to exercise. This is the secret . When exercising you should focus on the intensity of your workout and on working the entire body not just an isolated body section. You should start thinking about working a large group of muscles instead of isolating just you abs, biceps or triceps. And if you want real results you need to find exercises with high resistance. You need to stick with it to see results . The reason why many people stop exercising after short while it’s because they’re lacking(p) the fun factor. Try to surround yourself with either fun people who do the same thing or at least fun music that gets you going. Your exercise should include deadlifts, lounges, step ups, mountain climbers, sprinting and other full body work outs . Many of you have probably never considered this when focusing on getting better abs. In a nutshell, to get your six pack abs consider a healthy balanced diet and do full body workouts.
