You are either already fit or just in the process of getting fit. You should know that the best time for you to get fit is today and not tomorrow.

Tuesday: Exercises for the shoulders and arms.
Wednesday: Focus on your legs and abs.
Thursday: Chest and back exercises.
Friday: Exercises for the shoulders and arms.
Saturday: Exercises for the leg and abs.
The reason for this type of workout is to give your other body the necessary time to recuperate from the previous workouts. Sleeping is also another way to speed up your progress. After doing a rough workout and probably tearing a few muscles along the way, sleep is your body’s way to repair these damages.
However, keep in mind that the muscle building program given is designed for beginners and is thus not as detailed as the ones you should be following. This is just a guide. Additionally, your diet plays a critical role when you work out, meaning, there are specific foods that you would need to consume during the program.
